Our mobile service technicians are all over the Greater Cleveland area at any given time. We cover an area from Lorain County to Erie PA and go as far south as Youngstown or futher. We know it brings your business to a hault when the copier is down. We do our best to be at your door ASAP, and have an average response time of four hours.

 

The Service department at Quality Imaging Solutions, Inc. is trained directly by the manufacturer on all of the products we offer. With an average of 19 years service tenure and our fully automated dispatch system, technicians are dispatched in a priority basis, i.e., if your unit is down completely, you will receive service before someone needing a toner drop off. We will even guarantee that if your machine is under our service contract, and we cannot repair it to the manufacturer specifications of performance, we will replace that machine with one of equal or greater value for the period of your lease.
